Ranger Talk: 12-1 PM

Whether as a helmeted Salvation Army “lassie” handing out donuts at the front, or a female Park Ranger at Yosemite, the heroic efforts of American women during the “War to end all wars” hastened the eventual victory, helped gain women the vote, and cemented the title of “citizen” on American women forever. Come hear the stories of the contribution to the war effort made selflessly by American women during the First World War.

Meet: Belmont-Paul Women’s Equality National Monument (144 Constitution Avenue, NE). Manuel Gentile (202) 407-9654.
